Russell Weisbard (russbard@yahoo.com), Phi Kappa, Illinois '96 and his wife Keeley are very happy to announce the birth of their first child, a son named Maxwell Robert Weisbard. He was born on February 20, 2004, measuring 23 inches and weighing 8 pounds, 15 ounces.
