Re-Chartering Details

Hey Grads,

SET YOUR CALENDARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As most of you know we are getting re-chartered this semester!

Here's a tentative plan(expect to change) of times and locations:

Date: November 22nd, 2003

--This is the same weekend as the NORTHWESTERN GAME so if you are coming down, and would like to purchase tickets please do so! You will not miss anything by going to the game, because the undergrads will have a couple hours where we will be taking the Nationals test among other things!

Place: Illini Union rooms 314 A-B!

--The time for this is subject to change because the actual chartering will take place BEFORE the football game! So expect this to begin as early as 8am!

--For those who are coming down we are booking 25 rooms for the night of November 22nd! 6 of the rooms will be for Nationals and the rest will be to accommodate the Grads that are coming down*more information to come later about this, but if you are interested in getting a room please let me know! *The rooms are all double beds so hopefully we can get two people per room, if not more?

FOLLOWING the Football game there will be a reception with food and drinks, along with celebration continuing in through the night!

For those coming down depending on the showing parking will be determined later!
